LBS

I think I managed to gain at least 2 pounds in the past five days... not bad right? If you to would like to gain weight the fast and easy way follow my diet:

a.m.: yogurt and fresh fruit (don't worry this is as healthy as it gets and will make you feel better for eating all the crap you ate the night before.

mid morning: three to ten peices of candy and a tangerine or two (again making you feel somewhat healthy)

Lunch: various cheeses with crackers

Mid afternoon snack: more candy and possibly any cookies not scavenged previously

Dinner: grilled cheese with soup (cream of mushroom if your up to it)

Mid night snack: booze (vary it with whiskey and beer in the mix,maybe a glass of wine too) more cheese and two pieces of carrot cake at least, maybe a couple more coookies....

Viola...there is your window to weight gain.... coach would be so proud.....
